Terms of service

These are the rules for using the apps. By creating an account you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

Who runs the apps

Who can use them

• Personal accounts are for people aged 13 and over.
• Students under 13 can use StudySnap only through a class their school has set up and authorised.
• If you use the apps for a school or an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to.

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us at [contact email] if you think someone else got into it.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your data is yours

Everything you put into the apps belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the apps for you, as the privacy policy describes. You can export it or delete it at any time.

Not medical, financial or professional advice

• NestFit gives general training and nutrition suggestions worked out from what you enter. It is not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, especially with an injury or a health condition, and stop if something hurts.
• NestFund tracks money. It does not give financial advice.
• The AI coach can be wrong. Check anything important yourself.

Fair use

Do not use the apps to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to try to get into other people's data or accounts, to overload or attack the service, or to copy the apps' code or design. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

• We work hard to keep the apps running and your data safe, and we keep backups. Still, the apps are provided as they are, and we cannot promise they will always be available or free of mistakes.
• Keep your own copy of anything important: Settings, Export.
• We may change, add or remove features. If we ever stop running an app, we will tell you in advance so you can export your data.

Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by using the apps, except where the law does not allow us to limit that responsibility. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in an important way, the app will ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [country], without taking away the protection of the law where you live.
